Mayne Wetherell is accepting applications for 2025/26 summer clerks for our Auckland office from candidates in their penultimate year of study.

We select our candidates from law schools across New Zealand.

Although our solicitors typically have outstanding university grades, we actively seek candidates who demonstrate the qualities necessary to succeed in the business world. Equally, although our practice is focussed on tax, corporate and finance transactions, many of our solicitors didn’t formally study commerce at university and that is not a prerequisite for application.

We have opportunities for summer clerks who will be involved in transactional, corporate and finance work.  These roles are in our Auckland office only.
